Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure your stay at Red Gum & Stone, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days before your scheduled arrival using the payment method provided when booking.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us time to offer the accommodation to other guests.
In the event of cancellations, a $80 fee is levied to cover admin and merchant costs.
Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in

Between 30 and 14 days before check-in
50% refund
Within 14 days of check-in
Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
As a small, owner-operated property, we are rarely able to secure a replacement booking at short notice. For this reason, we recommend guests consider travel insurance for peace of mind.
If you do cancel within the 30-day period, we will do our best to rebook those days and we can refund you 100% of your booking price if the dates are rebooked. We cannot guarantee this depending on the amount of notice and demand for dates.
Very occasionally we may need to cancel a booking for unforeseen circumstances such as extreme or catastrophic bushfire conditions. We reserve this right to cancel at any time for the safety of our guests and a full refund will be given in this event.
